If your contact details, payment method, or other account information changes, you must update your account promptly. BetBuzz accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer your account, sell it, or allow another person to use it. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance.
BetBuzz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other payment methods listed on the BetBuzz deposit page. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your BetBuzz account instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact BetBuzz support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. BetBuzz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
BetBuzz aims to process withdrawal requests within five minutes on average. However, BetBuzz reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours in cases where identity verification is required or where BetBuzz's fraud prevention team has flagged the transaction for review.
BetBuzz does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside BetBuzz's control. Please check with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket provider for their applicable charges.
BetBuzz processes the majority of withdrawals in under five minutes. Your funds will be sent to the same bKash or Nagad account you used to deposit.

BetBuzz reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a software malfunction, or an obvious pricing error.
